Peanut and Fish Porridge

I LEARN, I COOK, U ENJOY - Peanut and Fish porridge. RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: Rice Water Oil Salt to taste Peanuts Fish METHOD: Clean fish and pat dry. Fry fish with oil in a pan. Cool and remove flesh Fry fish bone with smashed ginger till fragrant. Add in hot water and boil as fish stock. .sieve and use to boil porridge. Soak peanuts with hot water. Rinse rice. Soak in water and store in freezer with enough water to cover the rice . Boil fish stock and Throw in frozen rice and peanuts into boiling water. Add in salt to taste and a tbsp oil. Boil till soft and stir to a smooth porridge. Add in fish meat. Mix well. Garnish porridge with spring onions and serve with you tiao.
