Laksa

RECIPE:

INGREDIETS:

2 kg laksa noodles 3 coconut - 750 ml thick coconut milk 3250 ml thin coconut milk 300 gm bean sprout 2 pcs fish cake 400 gm dried prawns 100 gm laksa leaves 1 kg fresh prawns Rempah 20 small onions 10 pcs fresh red chilli 8 garlic 2 tbsp chilli powder 3 pcs buah keras 50 gm turmeric ginger 50 gm lengkuas 3 stalk lemon grass Taupok Chicken wings Cockles - optional

METHOD: Soak dried prawns . Drain dry. Finely cut laksa leaves Grind onions, chilly, garlic, buah keras, turmeric ginger, lengkuas . Fry ingredients with oil till fragrant, add in dried prawns to dry till aromatic .Add in thin coconut milk. Add in taupok to cook in laksa gravy. Add 4 tsp salt and 1 tsp pepper powder , 2 tsp soy sauce sauce to taste.lastly, add in thick coconut milk. Blanch laksa noodles in boiling water. Drain. Blanch bean sprout in boiling water. Cook prawns and peel Steam chicken wings. Put bean sprout in bowl. Add in laksa noodles and choice of ingredients. Pour in gravy and a dash of laksa leaves. Enjoy.
