Pickled Papaya

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: One green unripe papaya Sugar Vinegar Chilly Kam cho Whole chilly - cut in centre and remove seeds

METHOD: Peel and cut papaya into thin slices Add in salt to season for half an hour Wash and drain dry Boil Kam cho, whole chilly, salt, sugar, rice Vinegar and water to taste. Cool and add in Papaya slices. Preserved in fridge for a day or two before serving
