Homemade Otak Otak

Homemade Otak Otak with lots of fish paste and slice fillet. Otak Otak recipe using Tungsan premix

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: 200 gm mackerel fillet 150 gm Otak Otak paste 150 ml coconut milk 1 egg

METHOD: Slice fish Put Otak Otak paste , coconut milk, eggs and fish fillet in a big bowl. Stir in one direction till glue. Pour mixture onto a plate line with banana leaf and steam for 10 to 15 minutes depending on thickness. Or wrap mixture with banana leaf and bake or grill. Instead of using fish you can make the Otak Otak with a mixture of minced prawns minced Crab

meat or minced Squid.
