***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 500 gm green Beans without skin 2000 ml water 75 gm waterchestnut flour or sweet potatoes starch with water. 200 gm sugar Pandan leaves

METHOD: Clean the split green beans. Put a few pieces of pendant leaves and steam for 15 to 20 mins till soft. Cook sugar in pan till brownish and then add water.

add in pandan leaves and steamed green beans.

Thickened with waterchestnut flour thickening. Serve with you tiao
