Kung Po Chicken
***RECIPE***
INGREDIENTS: 400 gm diced chicken meat 1 egg white 2 tbsp chopped garlic 2 tbsp sliced ginger 70 gm dried chillies 1 egg white Half cup water 1 tbsp vinegar 1 tsp salt 1 tsp vetsin 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tbsp Soy sauce 1 tbsp black sauce 1 tbsp Chinese wine 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp sesame oil
*THICKENING 1 tsp cornflour 2 tsp water
METHOD: Mix egg white, sesame oil , 1 tbsp starch powder to diced chicken. Wash dried chilli. Drain and let it dry. Cut into small pieces Mix oyster sauce, Soy sauce,sesame oil, salt, vetsin ,vinegar, black sauce, sugar ,Wine and water. Mix well. Heat up oil on wok with 2 tbsp oil. Fry dried chilli till brownish. Add in chopped garlic and ginger and add in chicken. Add in mix sauces. Add in thickening and mix well . Serve with a bowl of white rice
