Priceless century egg pork congee with Scallops lovingly prepared and cooked by Mama Soh. Excellent!!!"

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

1Cup rice

Scallops

Century Egg

Minced Pork

Sliced Meat

Pork Liver Crab Meat

METHOD: Wash some rice and put in the freezer overnight or 4 hours. All u need is to boil some broth and cook rice into a smooth congee. Add any ingredients you want ie meat balls,sliced meat,liver or crabs. Add spring onion,pepper and Serve.
