Nothing beat the awesomeness goodness of homemade ONDE ONDE. Simply a dessert to Die for...

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 kg sweet potatoes 300 gm glutinous rice flour 200 ml hot water Half tsp. sugar A pinch of salt 250 gm fresh grated coconut Gula melaka

METHOD: Steam grated coconut with a pinch of salt for ten minutes. Peel the skin of sweet potatoes. Steam potatoes cubes with sugar, salt till soft. Add in hot water and glutinous rice flour slowly into sweet potatoes paste till not sticky to hand. See to adjust... Flour must be added gradually till a smooth dough. Make into a ball with chopped gula melaka in centre. Boil in a pot of pandan water. When it floats,

scoop up. Drain dry n roll in coconut shreds. Serve
