Bubur Hitam with Coconut

Hot Bubur Hitam with coconut cream or Cold Bubur Hitam with coconut ice cream. What is your preference? Awesomeness of homemade..... Ingredients 1 cup black glutinous rice 1 tbsp white glutinous rice 8 cups water 60 gm gula melaka Pandan leave 1/4 tsp salt

Method Wash and Soak black and white glutinous rice for 30 mins Boil water with pandan leaves. Add both glutinous rice to boiling water. Cook for thirty minutes and add in salt and gula melaka. Continue to boil till rice is soft. Serve hot with coconut cream or cold with coconut ice cream. Enjoy.#sohkitchen.com
