Steam Fish with Preserved Radish
Steam fish with preserved radish. Yummy, flavorful dish of the day.....Best to go with a bowl of plain rice.

INGREDIENTS: 1 fish 50 gm preserved sweet radish 2 tbsp. garlic 1 tbsp. chopped ginger 1 tbsp. black sauce Pepper 1 tsp. beans paste A dash of sugar 1 tsp. sesame oil 2 tbsp. water 1 serai Spring onion Cut chilli
METHOD: Wash fish . Pat dry and rub with salt and sesame oil. Place serai on plate and put fish on top to steam for ten minutes. Fry chopped garlic and ginger till fragrant. Add in chopped radish and seasonings to taste. Place steamed fish on serving plate and garnish with cooked preserved turnips (chai poh). sprinkle with chopped spring onion and serve hot
