Bean Curd Dessert with Gingko Nuts

Bean curd dessert with gingko nuts - healthy dessert to beat the heat. Simply delicious.

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 packet dried Bean curd sheet 2500 ml water 100 gm barley 100 gm gingko nuts 150 gm rock sugar 2 beaten eggs Pandan leaves

METHOD: Boil water with pandan leaves and barley for 20 minutes. Add in gingko nuts, rock sugar and dried bean sheet. Simmer for 20 minutes. Turn off heat and add in beaten eggs. Mix gently . Dessert is ready to serve hot or cold.
