LEMON GRASS ICE JELLY WITH JACKFRUIT AND LONGANS

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: 1 packet hollyfarm ice jelly powder 3 cups water 2 pcs lemon grass

Method Wash and cut lemon grass into two

. Boil with three cups water over high heat. When boiled, remove lemon grass and add in the packet of hollyfarm ice jelly powder.

Stir till powder dissolved and pour onto mould to set. Serve with ice and any preferred canned fruits or cut fruits. Enjoy.EndFragment
