RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS: 100 gm dried shrimps 100 gm chopped garlic 20 gm dried chilli

METHOD: Wash dried shrimps and pat dry. Fry till crispy. Chopped garlic coarsely and deep fry till crispy Wash dried chilli and pat dry. Fry till crispy Blend fried shrimps and fried chilli till fine. Mix the crispy fried garlics with the blended chilli and dried shrimps. Simply the best for poh Piah and noodles.Spicy and crispy.
