Fried spring rolls.....wanna try?
RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS: Bangkuang Dried prawns Carrots Spring roll skin
METHOD: Heat oil and fry chopped garlic.
Add in dried prawns and shredded bangkuang and red carrot.
Add in dried shrimps water , oyster sauce and a dash of pepper and salt. Use spring roll skin and wrap cooked bangkuang.
Deep fried and serve.
