ARROW ROOT SOUP

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

1 large arrow roots Dried cuttlefish Dried scallops Wolfberries Red dates Dried top shell Jin hua ham 300 gm pork ribs

METHOD: Peel and cut arrow roots into cubes Scald pork ribs with hot water Boil 2 litres of water .

Add in dried ingredients, arrow roots cubes and pork ribs. Boil for two hours. Add salt to taste. #sohkitchen.com
