LEMONGRASS AIYU JELLY

Lemongrass aiyu jelly requested by my Sister. Simple and easy to make refreshing dessert.

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

1 Packet hollyfarm ice jelly powder

Pandan leaves

Lemongrass

METHOD: Boil lemongrass and pandan leaveS swith 750 ml water

Turn down the flame and pour in 1 packet hollyfarm ice jelly powder. Stir till dissolved.

Pour into mould to cool and place in the fridge. It will set in 30 mins. Place dessert on bowl ,add in crushed ice,mix fruits and desirable amount of lime juice. A cool delicious ice jelly is ready to serve. ENJOY.....
