FRUIT MUFFIN

Freshly home bake fruit muffin for breakfast specially for my mum.Awesomeness of homemade in our new muffin tray bought by my sister. Yummy . Recipe

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: A.8 eggs room temperature 180 gm brown sugar B. 2 PCS /500 gm butter 4 tsp lemon juice 4 tbsp brandy 2 tsp mixed spices C. 440 gm plain flour 2 tsp baking powder D. 900 gm mixed fruit seasoned with liquor 100 gm walnut

METHOD: Cream butter with sugar till well mixed.Add in eggs one at a time. Add in lemon juice,brandy and mixed spices. Add in plain flour and baking powder. Add in mixed flour. Pour onto muffin mould and bake at 175 C for 20 mins.
