KOI FISH JELLY

Koi fish jelly...Use a koi fish jelly mould.

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 packet rose brand agar agar 3 cups thin coconut milk 1 cup thick coconut milk 1 cup sugar Pandan leaves

METHOD: Boil agar agar powder with sugar, thin coconut milk ,Pandan leaves and sugar. When boiled, add in thick coconut milk. Remove Pandan leaves. Splash whatever colors of your choice on the eyes, fins n body of koi jelly mouldand let it set. Cover the whole body with another color . That's it
