GULA MELAKA JELLY

Trying another recipe from Singapore home cook..Very fragrant and a perfect dessert for a hot hot day.Gula melaka jelly

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 packet rose brand jelly 200 gm gula melaka Pandan leaves 200 ml coconut milk A pinch of salt 1 egg METHOD:

Boil Pandan leaves and gula melaka till sugar dissolved. Sieve and throw Pandan leaves. Add 1 packet of rose brand jelly to sugar syrup and bring to boil. Beat egg and add in a pinch of salt. Add in 200 ml coconut milk. Put coconut milk mixture into boiling sugar syrup and boil for another five minutes. Pour mixture onto a jelly tray and leave it to set. Chill and Serve.
