KEE CHANG

Mama Soh all time favorite home made Kee Chang ....looks Good and Taste Delish.

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS 1200gram glutinous rice 60gram alkali about two orange ball 80 bamboo leaves Strings 1 kg red beans paste

METHOD: Dissolve alkali with 2 rice bowl hot water and leave to cool Wash rice and drain off the water. Pour in alkaline water into the rice and allow to soak for two hours Drain dry Place 2 leaves together, fold into a cone.add shape add in 1 tbsp rice and a red beans paste ball and cover with another tbsp. rice portion. Wrap and tie with string into a pyramid shape. Boil for 1 1/2 hour till cooked. When cool , it is like eating jelly. Simply delish!
