CHENDOL AGAR AGAR

Homemade chendol agar agar..... First attempt at this . Pass BOH? Taste is great .

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 packet rose brand agar agar 200 gm gula melaka 50 gm brown sugar 3 cups think coconut milk 1 cup thick coconut milk A pinch of salt METHOD:

>1st Layer

Boil agar agar,brown sugar,gula melaka,thin coconut milk and a pinch of salt with Pandan leaves. When boil,Removes Pandan leaves and add in thickened coconut milk.

Leave to set

>2nd Layer 1 packet rose brand agar agar 250gm sugar 3 cups thin coconutmilk 1 cup thick coconut milk A pinch of salt 30 gm cornflour flour 1 packet chendol 1 bowl of cooked red beans 3 tbsp of palm seeds Boil agar agar powder with thin coconut milk and sugar. When boiling , add in thick coconut milk with salt,cornflour,red beans ,chendol and palm seeds. Remove from fire. Add to the semi set first layer and leave to set
