CHAR KWEY TEOW

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

Kway teow and yellow noodles Chopped garlic Spring onion slice Fish cake Chinese sausage Cockles (optional) Prawns (optional) Taugeh Chives

Egg

METHOD: Heat oil n add in taugeh

Sprinkle with a dash of salt

Add in kway teow and yellow noodles.

Add in Stock and cover wok.

Stir fry and remove from wok. Heat oil n add in chopped onion n garlic

Add in sausage,fish cake ..add in egg and mixed in fried noodles. Add black sauce,sweet sauce and chilli to taste

astly add in chives or Cockles ( optional )
