CANTONESE DUMPLING

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS 2 kati glutinous rice 3 tsp salt 3 tsp oil 1 kg green beans

1 kg pork 100 gm Mushroom 150 gm dried prawns 20 salted egg

METHOD: Soak glutinous rice for two hours. Drain dry and add in 3 tsp salt and 3 tbsp oil Soak skinless green bean for two hours and drain dry .

Add in 3tsp spice powder,2 tsp salt, 1 tsp ketumbar powder with 2 tbsp oil. Cut Mushroom into half and boil with oil ,salt and water till soft. Soak dried shrimps. Fry with oil with ketumbar powder till fragrant. Place 2 leaves together n fold into a cone.add white glutinous rice, green bean,mushroom,pork,dried shrimps.cover with green beans and glutinous rice.

Wrap and bind with strings. Place dumplings in hot water and cook for l 1/2 hour till cooked.
