Our family all time favorite dish. We love it and never had enough. Yummy!

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 kati pork belly meat with skin Half kati onions 1 1/2 tbsp soya bean paste 4 cloves garlic 1/2 tbsp sugar/gula melaka Half tbsp. wine 3 pcs. ginger 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp black sauce Pinch of salt METHOD: Cut pork into small pieces Grind onion, garlic and ginger into a paste Fry grind ingredients till fragrant Add inPork , bean paste ,soysauce, dark soy sauce,salt and sugar to taste. Add in half bowl water and stew till cooked. Lastly add in half tbsp of brandy/wine. Serve with a bowl of rice.
