Homemade roast pork

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 1 kg pork belly 1 tbsp fine salt 1 tsp white pepper 1 tsp five spice powder 1 tbsp rice vinegar METHOD: Rinse pork belly n pat dry Cut slits across the bottom of pork with a sharp knife. Blanch the meat with boiling water for 5 mins. Prick the slightly soften rind with meat spoke. Rub pork belly with salt,pepper and 5 spice powder . Do not season the skin. Rub the pork skin with white vinegar Dry pork belly with skin side up in fridge to dry skin overnight. Preheat oven 220 degree C. Place pork belly n Bake for 50 mins. Switch to grill mode and grill until the skin turns golden and blisters. Scrape charred bits with small knife Leave to cool. Cut n serve.
