Water Chestnut Dessert

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS: 400 gm water chestnut - peeled n chopped 250 gm water chestnut flour 500 gm sugar 4 bowls water METHOD:

Mix 2 bowls water with water chestnut flour Boil 2 bowls water with sugar n chopped water chestnut till sugar dissolved. Add in water chestnut flour mixture. Mixed well. Pour onto greased tray n steam for 30 mins.
