Steamed Radish Cake

Saturday special - SOH special steamed radish cake. Yummy!

***RECIPE***

INGREDIENTS:

300 gm rice flour 700 gm radish -shredded. Soak in waterandn drain dry 4 rice bowl water 3/4 rice bowl water with 1 helpful tbsp tapioca flour 150 gm roasted meat 2 Chinese sausages - cut cubes 1 tbsp chopped garlic Half bowl dried shrimps - wash and soaked 1 tbsp salt 1 tsp pepper

Garnishes Red chilly Cut spring onion Fried onions Fried sesame

METHOD:

Mix water with rice flour Heat pan. Add oil and fry garlic and dried prawns till fragrant. Add in roasted meat, sausage and mixed well.add in radish mixtures and 1 tbsp salt pour in the tapioca flour mixture. Pour mixture into a greased tray and steam for 50 mins on high heat. Once cooked, garnish with spring onion, fried shallots n chilly.
