Creamy corn soup with egg
Ditch your favourite bowl of Sharks' fin for this delightable bowl of soup. Easy to prepare and loved by all.

INGREDIENTS:
1 pc chicken breast 1 egg - beaten 1 canned sweet cream corn 3 tbsp cornflour mix with 3 tbsp water
METHOD: Boil chicken breast meat with l ltr of water. Remove chicken n shred meat Pour can of sweet cream corn into the chicken stock Add salt,light soy sauce n sesame oil to taste. Add in shredded chicken meat Boil and gradually add in cornflour mixture Add in beaten egg Serve soup with a dash of pepper, spring onion or a dash of dried flat fish. Enjoy!!!
